From fabric GSM to final garment packing, every division runs documented process controls and in-line checks — so quality is consistent, not a last-minute catch.
Our Approach
Because Winflair Impex controls the full chain — knitting, processing and garmenting — quality checks happen at every hand-off inside our own walls, not across separate vendors. Each division runs its own in-line inspection points, feeding into a single quality record per batch.
Fabric is checked for GSM, width and fault-rate at knitting, then for shrinkage and colour-fastness at processing. Garments go through in-line and end-line QC, measurement audits and 100% needle detection before packing. The result is full traceability from greige fabric to the carton that leaves our dispatch bay.
